Fixed neglected and adultless household adoption of children to better handle the households they are being adopted by.

Fixed some places with MC Pregnancy offspring calculations that were mis-calculating the possible number of offspring that could be filled in the house when modifying the current offspring for a pregnant Sim.

All commands that are added by MC Command Center are found by clicking on Sims and going into the вЂњMC Command CenterвЂќ menu (also available through the вЂњmcccвЂќ console command described below) or on mailboxes for вЂњMC CheatsвЂќ (also available through the вЂњmc_cheatsвЂќ console command described below)
